bit of a long shot, but does anyone else make these axles in the UK (or EU)?

or (& this is an even longer shot!) does anyone have a 142×12 hitch mount axel with 1.75mm thread pitch, that they no longer require!?!?

i bought one for an old bike, and i don’t really want to have to spend another £50+ importing another.

I used a turbo trainer bolt through adapter successfully, can’t remember who made them off the top of my head but it was someone like Evans that sold them. Much cheaper as well.
