Well after years of not having to mess about with cups/cones on my mtb’s (all hope hubs) iv decided to change my stock wheels on the road bike…

Its a defy 1 running the giant pr2 wheelset which the rear is on its way out…. play in the freehub and generally about done.

What is there with sealed cartridge bearing on road wheels without going to the expensive of hope hubs.

(sorry but i know nothing about road wheels)

    cheers

    Novatec, you big shimano hater

I run them on the CX bike, and also on my wee cheapy tubular road race set.

About £50 for a pair. Which is the only reason I tolerate the non shimano-ness 😉

Matching front on there too for £17

Measure your rims, workout spoke lengths and buy hubs and spokes from those guys and either build them yourself or get Luke to do it
