I got a puncture on my road bike the other day and when changing it and checking the tyre there was a piece of glass embedded in the tyre I put one of those self adhesive patches on the inside of the tyre. When the tyre is pumped up the cut opens up, so it is new tyre? length is roughly 5mm.

    Thanks.

Bit of energy gel wrapper folded and placed at the appropriate spot between tube and tyre and you’ll be reet. 🙂

rubberised superglue is ideal, only if the belt is not too damaged
