Sorry, but looking for some reassurance before I hit the buy button.

10 speed shimano 105 crankset- will it work ok with an existing shimano 9 speed set-up? Am I right in thinking if I run a 9 speed chain to match cassette it should be ok?

Tiagra seems best specced 9 speed specific option.

yeah – 10 speed crankset will work fine with a 9 speed drivetrain
