Recently bought a Merida cx bike to use as an all rounder and am loving it. I want to swap the 35c cyclocross tyres for some Conti 4 seasons but being new to road sizing I’m unsure if they’ll fit the rims which are merida comp 22 discs.
Can anyone tell me if they are compatible.
    Cheers.

I had 35c’s on my Boardman CX Team. I’ve changed to 28c road tyres now. The rims have a 19mm width, which does make the tyre seem wider than it is for a 28c.

The rims take the same size in that they are both 700c. Width depends on the rim but 28mm will probably be fine., 25mm may be a bit narrow. You need to have a tyre about 1.2 times the internal rim width according to Sheldon Brown.
