    have a focus cayo expert that i need to rplace headset in, it has a tchey integrated one, i assum i won;t need cups fot eh new one the bearings and races will just drop straight in so easier than changing a standard headset?

    also alittle confuse between campag ift and other ntegrated headsets.

    any recommendations around £25 or less

    Why can't you ask at your LBS where you bought it. I'm sure they'd be helpful.
