Only just moving in to season when road lights are needed here (oz), dark mornings.

I have an old Lupine nightmare with heavy nimh battery bottle – it weights a ton. Looking to replace it with something:
    -light weight
    -good beam spread and strength
    -rechargable (with recharbale battery included)
-handle bar mount (bars are round and not aero)
-all in one unit would be nice but will consider separate battery pack
    -price 50-90GBP
can any one make any recommendations
    thanks

Nite Rider MiNewt Mini USB. Separate battery but it's small, light quick to fit and you can charge it from a PC USB port at work. No flash mode though. Mate has a couple of the Exposure all in one lights.. nice quality and easy to fit but the budget might be stretched a bit.

Hope vision 1? £65 in some shops. Only 240 lumens though for 3hrs.

Second the Hope vision 1, get some 2900ahr AA rechargeables and you've got a good light. Use mine on a 10mile country lane commute and very pleased with it.
