looking to build up a winter commuter, really want it to have a skinny frame??? anyone got a skinny tubed frame to fit a 5 foot 11 bloke (54/56) that i can add all my bits to?

I've got a Raliegh Special Products Division frame with Reynolds Optima tubing. I think it's a 21.5", so about right. It's silver with chrome dedacciai forks. It's currently got a headset, bars, stem & BB on it too.
