    Disney have pulled the trigger on Lucasarts, canning current projects and dumping 150 staff.

    Not hard to see why, but I think that’s quite sad. My teenage years would’ve been considerably less fun without their output.

    They did some great games but for every great one they did there was far too many utter trash ones.

    I was just discussing that with a mate. Seems that there’s community support for multiplayer XvT. http://xvt.uharc.net/

    I loved the X-Wing series, though I think Freespace surpassed them (and the engine to that is open source now, so you can play it with modern graphics).
