  • Rigid build + Reverb …. Wrong?

Looking at building a racier 29er build around a Stanton Sherpa frame.

Plan to use a Reverb as I already have one that isn’t being used 🙄 but would like to go ridged regarding the forks.

Am I over thinking this or is the combination wrong/odd/other.

    Cheers,

    Why would it be wrong?

If I had a choice of suspension forks or dropper post, I’d pick the post.

I would. Been thinking about a dropper for my rigid for ages. Easier to hop the bike and move around out of trouble. Do ok with the saddle up and don’t think a dropper would last well with high-mile use but still like the idea.

I guess in my mind Reverb shouts “gnar” where as the opposite comes across from a rigid fork.

    I’m other thinking things aren’t I 😆

    No reason why not.
Although odd logic in fitting a dropper over suspension.
