    this. I was at some IT show in Manchester which had a stand from the National Museum of Computing just up the road. BBC Micro and a copy of original Elite. Clean and Harmless in Lave. Took me back instantly nearly 30 years to the sound of whirring floppy discs and vector graphics. So many hours lost playing this.

    And they had an Atari 2600. Best things in the show by miles… 🙂

    certainly recommend bletchley park, and the computing museum next door.
    plenty of beebs (and other) 8-bit toys to play with.

    I have an Atari 2600 found otvin the loft at my old house. Only one controller though.

    The museum of computing in Swindon is also worth a visit.
