Has anyone ridden MTB in Nashville? Any contacts there or advice?

I’m flying out there in Saturday and looking to find some good local riding; need to hire a bike as well.

Not sure of anything directly around Nashville, but Nantahala is probably a couple of hours east, or you could go ride the mega cavern in Louisville about an hour north… worth the trip if you like that kind of riding.

Was looking for more the great big outdoors singletrack riding really but thanks for the reply.
