    Waymarked – Cannock
    Local natural stuff: Clent, Sutton Park (limited), Lickey Hills, Stourbridge or if your really adventurous the Wyre forest (ok it 40 odd minutes away from south west Brum)
    or the canals will give you a chance to work off some steam, if your stuck in the centre & don't want to spend time travelling.

    Wyre Forest, a bit more travelling involved, but well worth the journey.
