I’ve got a problem with my seatpost. I’ve tried contacting paligapltd who seem to be the people to deal with but I’ve had no reply to my emails and the phone number just puts you on hold and then says “sorry mail box full”.

Warning to anyone buying Richey products in the UK, there doesn’t seem to be much back-up if you run into trouble. If anyone knows a better way to get in contact with RitcheyUK please let me know.
