I purchased a Reverb B1 from Winstanley’s bikes in May this year and it has recently failed to work correctly.

When the button is pressed it is very slow to return the Seat Post to the normal height. It is getting slower.

It is still under the 12 month warranty. Worth returning instead of paying my local mechanic to get it fixed/serviced ? Do reverb still just replace failed seat posts under warranty?

Turn the barrel adjuster on the remote to make it go faster?

If that doesnt work bleed it using the supplied bleed kit.

    Bleed the remote?

Yep, that just sounds like a bleed, not a warranty job usually

Reverb warranty is two years, not one.

…but what you describe almost certainly only requires adjustment, it’s unlikely to be a failure.

Start with speed adjustment at the barrel adjuster on the remote.
Check air pressure is correct in the post.
Bleed the system if full fast at the adjuster and 200psi hasn’t sorted it.
