Katie’s reverb decided to dump all it’s air (refused to pop up) on our first day out on our SouthAfrican trip. We jacked up the post to min insert and she managed 30km with a saddle a good few inches too low. Much respect though she’s suffering now.

Trip to bike shop and we have a cheapo post and QR (and a scratched shock shaft on an ro23 from overhelpful shop staff) but is there any way of fixing /attempting to fix the reverb ( may have access to a decent workshop at some point) or is it just back to SRAM when we get home?

Don’t take the circlip off the bottom, seemingly their warranty dept don’t like this at all. Back to fisher outdoor for a new seal. It’s a common fault.

Any SRAM dealer as it is a worldwide warranty…so any dealer in your area.
