Got myself a Reverb dropper post back in May from On One, worked faultlessly until a couple of weeks ago when it stopped returning to the up position. Bike has been in Evans for a bearing change since then so I’ve only just around to looking at it, first thing to do was to check the air pressure. Hmm, 50 psi isn’t good, it’s supposed to be 250, popped some air in but it won’t hold more than 50 psi, you can hear the air leaking out from somewhere.

A quick Google has suggested this is quite a common problem, quite probably related to the seal having gone.

Should I just return it under warranty, and if so, should I go back to On One or direct to RockShox do you think. Thoughts please folks.

On One is the retailer so back to them may replace or send to SRAM for repair I’d guess it was an O.E one from them so depends on that probably

Thanks, yeah it was OEM, so how does that affect things? I’m thinking it means I have to deal with On One on this issue.
