Watch the videos in SRAM’s/Rock Shox’ channel on YouTube. They give a full breakdown of how to disassemble, service and reassemble your forks.

tftuned has a lower leg lube video and the instructions are good on the sram website. let us know how much oil if any RS graced yours with!

No you don’t need to open the U-turn up at all, but if they’re air ones it’s easy and beneficial to do that as well

Basically to drop the lowers off:
Take off the -ve air cap and pull out the rebound adjuster
Unscrew the bolt off one side 1/2 way and the nut off the other until it covers the end of the thread to protect it
Give the bolt/nut a tap to release the rods internally
Fully remove bolt and nut, pull the lowers off
    🙂

They are coil ones so have no air valve. The problem im having is that when i try loosening the left leg bolt, the uturn gubbins is turning too so the whole lot is just spinning
