So I’m getting a u turn coil from a pike to go into my pike based dual air revelation forks and I wondered if any one else has done this conversion and if so what did they do for the base plate assembly at the bottom of the uppers. Can I just take the one off the end of the air spring and slide it onto the spring rod or do i need to buy the proper spring thing. Have read pretty much all the threads I can find on tinternet but can seem to find any help.
