    Howdy tech bods

I have just had a look inside my old forks and the air shaft seems shagged, along with the busted u-turn nob it seems pointless fixing it.

The forks are the 100-130 model and I was wondering if its possible to put a coil or standard solo air in there?

    Any info much appreciated

If nobody comes back with a answer give Loco or any other suspension specialist a call. They should be able to give you an answer quickly and also give an idea of costs etc..

Its certainly possible on newer versions and I’d guess its highly likely yours can be converted too.

I put a psylo uturn coil in my old revs. Worked OK for me. Loads plusher.

Had to cut the old site uturn adjuster for it to work, but as the air tube was scratched inside i had nowt to lose.

    Cheers both,

    grinder, something along these lines?

And I may be being a tad thick here but what do you mean by cut?

It was the uturn top cap adjuster. On the dual air one, it’s too long so you need to trim it so it’s like a coil one.

I cut just below the threads.

I believe a pike or rev uturn spring is a direct fit, though, and includes the top cap.
