I know it’s going to be bonkers busy and I’ll probably struggle to get a booking as it’s Mothers day but this Sunday I have to travel to Harrogate to take No1 son to the army training college for his first day!
We are hoping to get lunch at a reasonably priced family restaurant somewhere local’ish to Harrogate (travelling from Manchester) so would welcome your recommendations.

Pub type grub is fine btw.
    Thanks in advance.

Damn Yankee – American Style Diner
    Cattlemans – Steak
    Salsa Posada – Mexican
All the same group, all family orientated, all good.

The Pine Marten is good too, out towards Harlow Carr garden centre.

Imperial for all you can eat, good, Chinese food.

B.E.D is excellent too, but can be pricey.

Bit posherer, William and Victoria’s. Bar food downstairs, restaurant upstairs.

BED is really good – not the cheapest but excellent food and staff.

Further up the same road is a really nice Italian – Brio – again decent food and very friendly helpful staff
