  • Replacement pads for Hayes Sroker Ryde ?

    Hi
    I am running the above on my xc training bike and the pads need replacing. I hate any squeal as it frightens away the wildlife! I have tried Goodridge sintered pads but they are louder than a bugle, any suggestions?

    a2z aren't bad off the 'bay

    Try organic/kevlar pads. Softer compounds are supposed to help with brake squeal.

    I second the a2z pads as well, use the sintered ones for Hayes HFX 9 brakes only cost £7.96 incl post from the 'bay. Wooly hat shop iirc?
