Basically I’ve been a numpty and lost both the keys I had for the afore mentioned lock. Any ideas where the best place to get replacement keys is? The Abus website was pretty damn useless. Cheers.

Ask at any bike shop which sells the locks. They should have knowledge of the procedure. I think they have to send the plastic card away for the keys to be cut.

if you haven’t got the card i think you might be out of luck – i just double checked and for obvious reasons the serial number on the lock doesn’t correspond in any way to the number on the card.

you might be able to get another one cut by showing proof of purchase and serial number of lock and getting it cross-checked with abus, though?
