mine died on me last night, not sure if it's a faulty wire in the at the connection or whether the actual cells have had it. how long should i expect it to last?

i've had it just over 12 months and used it lots over the year (ave. 1-3 times per week).

2LED for info and definitely the battery as i have tried someone else's which worked no probs.
