    Afternoon All,
Looking for a spot of help as the other day I went to bleed my hope tech 2’s and the inboard screw (T10) on each master cylinder rounded off and was wondering if anyone had any tips other than drilling it out for removing the bolt so I can bleed and replace.

    Cheers

Silver solder an Allen key in place.

Can you get a dremel in to cut a slot and use a flat blade screwdriver?

    Impact driver, easy!

Nothing for an impact driver to bind onto, Inner faces are pretty much smooth now as the bolts are only small.
Thanks for the idea though, keep em coming so I can try them all!

Chemical metal an old Allen key in if it’s completely circular or if it has a slight chance “tap” a torq socket in with a hammer the shock/dig a bit better helps sometimes.

Good sharp centre punch and a hammer – pop the edge then punch at an angle to get it turning, works most times if you have a bit of mechanical skill ( I was a fitter back in the industrial dark ages before the dark lord (Thatcher) took it all away) I have knackered more bolts than I care to remember
