MMMM not sure i think if i was after a commuter Iw ould want more MTB hybrid that Road type hybrid.
I would also want it to be able to take proper mudguards and racks.
none of the three tick all the boxes.
What do you want it for – distance /taskes etc?

Kona takes proper mudguards and rack(it comes with them) on one says it can take both. It’ll be used for a year round commuter.

Year round – hub gears so alfine pompetamine. Or as others have said, Genesis Day One Alfine.

Sure you need gears? I have a Kona Paddy Waggon, that is fitted out with rack and SKS mudguards. Perfect!

depending on what distance and how hilly… you could go ss ?? get a much bigger choice and cheaper

I do year round on a fixed, mine is only a short (4 mile) ride but not flat and I could easily double that on the bike I currently use – and I’m no hardcore biking god.

pompetamine is a good choice though
