Broken on the 20th of Dec, the consultant said it was at the "good" end of the bone.
So, will I be riding at Hit the North (20 Feb)? Anybody have any experience of this injury?
Fitness: Gonna be stepping up the running from the end of Feb, and got a turbo trainer on the way. But, anybody know how to use it? Looked at a few sites and they all call for specialist bikes, cadence and HRMs. Can't really be bothered with all that, is there a "go like a bugger for 10 min, take it easy for 10min" sort of regime for the less serios 'athlete'?
