My down jacket needs a new zipper and a good clean. In the past I’ve washed down sleeping bags but in this weather its not an option to wash the jacket myself- so I’m happy to pay for a good job. Any recommendations for somewhere that can wash and replace for me. FWIW, it’s a Mountain Equipment jacket. ME suggest WL Franklin and Mountaineering Designs- has anyone out there had any experience with either of these?

Franklin have washed several of our families down products over the years. They come back looking like new.

Do you know if they do repairs as well?
