I need a recommendation for a reliable and friendly tradesman to fit a bathroom in my house near Leeds? Ordinarily I’d have a bash by myself, as my tenants are most understanding when it comes to my skill set (!), but I’m just about to restart chemo again down here in Kent, and know that the job will be well beyond me.
Tenants are amazing; been super patient and respectful over the last treatment cycle, but they deserve a break. Added into the mix is the fact that they are both transitioning and have been previously been subjected to some appalling treatment/discrimination from other landlords, someone with a professional empathetic outlook would be a bonus. I know it is ridiculous to have even needed to comment on this, but I had to get rid of a plumber that clearly felt it was part of the service to make some inappropriate gender comments…
