After some new SPD shoes after my spesh shoes have done 3 years stirling service, but they've nearly died. I'd like at least one ratchet buckle, been looking at Shimano M183N or Spesh BG Comp what else is there for upto 100pounds.

Northwave Raptors were good but the material holding the buckle came away after a year of riding. At an RRP of £100 i'd have expected more durability.

If you're used ot SPecialized ones, you'll more than likely find Shimano ones a bit on the narrow side.

Sidi Dominators. Bit over what you want to spend, but mine are 3 years old, and scrub up more or less brand new.
