Being old and decrepit now I’m starting to find it a pain riding without prescription glasses. Trouble is, I don’t like getting mud or manure in my eyes. What’s the best equivalent of Endura Stingrays? I don’t want inserts – rubbish experience with them in goggles.

I like the Half Jacket XLJs for good coverage/wrap-around.

Depends upon your prescription. I use Rudy Project Exception which are great with the ImpactX photochromic lenses.

£300+ for Oakley Perscription’s really put me off, especially for throwing when yourself downhill on a bicycle in the mud.
So I went to a local optician (Blink in Kiddy) and they did me a set of cheap sport frames with (kodak?) reactor-light lense for just over a £100, I’m very happy (had my normal glasses & sunglasses updated too, as they were so reasonable).
Try your local opticians, you maybe suprised.

Thanks aP. Prescription is pretty mild with astigmatism

If your prescription is pretty mild then optilabs will probably do what you want. Mine is quite severe and the Exception are about the only frames that work.
