Second Bad Vilbel has got to be one of the benchmarks of electronic music.
They've written so many seminal tracks, it's scary. Krib is my favourite though. Saw them live a few times in that era. Stunning 
Also remember being at The Fridge in Brixton a few weeks before Tri Repetae came out. Bloke in the back room played the whole album, and within a few seconds it was obvious what it was. For me that's what distinguishes the very best electronic artists.
My personal favourite at the moment is 'Flutter' from 'Anti-'...

Check out Ben Frost's "By the throat", and Dirty Projectors' "Bitte Orca". Two very different but great records released this year that won't fade in greatness anytime soon.
