Maybe som stretch in fabric

A hoodie would ne nice as i will run in it too

No hood, but removable arms make it more 3+ seasons, works for me as long as temp under ~13C if I’m doing a hill climb training session.

Arcteryx Squamish hoody is a great piece of kit, but maybe pricey depending on your budget… Stretchy, tough, windproof and breathable, I wear mine all the time for biking, hiking and xc skiing. Will even cope with light rain pretty well.
