You could try James Tomkies at Physioelite, at the Esporta health club in Stoke Gifford - he sorted out various knee troubles & calf strains for me when I was in Bristol.

Dunno if they do BUPA but Keith James in Westbury Park are (or "is" if you prefer) very good.

James Tomkies seconded. Saved an orienteering holiday in Lithuania for me some years ago. He does do painful things to you, though. I've moved up north to Shipley now, otherwsie I'd be bringing my knee problem to him.
