Just went to order a pair of pads and found my favoured tomcats are discontinued. Can anyone suggest a decent alternative? I prefer ‘gasket’ type pads with a hard cup for the knee. No clever foam stuff or knee/shin combos thanks…

Fox launch are superb i’ve got 2 pairs never get any chafing and plenty of protection

The 661 Kyle straits (sp?) are pretty similar if you were happy with the tomcats

They look alright actually, is the hard cup rigid or a bit flexible?

Kyle straits aren’t a proper hardshell, I’m after something a bit thicker. Thanks though…

I know Jedi was recommending the Scott Grenades, which have a hard kevlar shell inside them.
