    Not for cycling really. £40 or less, waterproof, lightweight and stuffs into a small bag etc.

    Looked at the Montane Element Jacket but that's £54.

    Found the North Face Resolve Jacket for £55 – bit over budget but… 🙂

    Have you tried the cotswold sale?
    Some decent gear on there, but I've obviously not checked out the womens stuff 🙂
