n ill fitting helmet is far less effective than one that fits.

A helmet that has multiple shell sizes rather than relying on an adjustable band is much better than a "one size fits all"

Seriously – do yourself a favour and try before you buy

I like the Giro Zen but not as breathable as some – previously had an Animal which was quite bulky – The Hex doesn't fit me as well – different heads make for different helmets 😉 Have to try it on I am afraid!
