I got a cheap hi viz one from Aldi. Its awesome cos ts not warm or water proof, therefore I proper have to crack on to get home as soon as it starts raining or going cold. Ideal training tool. Plus it can be easily spotted by drivers at night.

Ninja black Aldi Softshell here. No hi-viz, as I have a retina burning rear light.

I need one of them, did you buy it from Aldi?

I was hoping it would be an Aldi jobbie. A rear light which didnt work would be another ideal training aid. Plus, I like to keep motorists on their toes.

I think Im going to buy one though, good price.

Just get it, and use some Aldi batteries in it.

    It’s all about the compromise.

Both me and the mrs use Altura React jobbies. I’ll normally do anything to avoid wearing a rain jacket but the jacket I’m wearing currently is fine. Cost about £100 but can’t remember the model. Fit well too, not roadie tight but won’t flap about in the wind.

I’ve had a stealth previously, prefer the Altura.

edit – mines the Altura Attack

Class. Best piece of advice I’ve ever been given on this forum.

Its not a shame at all! I already know all about jackets, I needed some advice on rear lights.
