    Looking for a reasonably priced 34T 4-bolt chainring.

    Middle chainring normally = Deore for me but there only seem to be 32T or 36T. Can anyone recommend something. Must have shifting ramps as will be used on a double.

    Ta Chinook 34 tooth chainrings are lovely, they’re about £30. If you want cheaper ones, Middleburn do a few between £20 to £30 which are good 8)

    Sorry 😳 In that case, I put a Middleburn 34t on the Prophet a couple of months ago, works well. More expensive than the Deore 36t it replaced and probably won’t last as long, but for me it means I don’t have to use the granny as much.
