settled on a hard tail whyte 19,
its in pretty good nick to be fair but (its just the way I am)
I want to change a few things,
im looking for reccomendations on the list below

FORKS, preferably around 100mm of travel
SEAT, comfortable without looking like a sofa !
HANDLEBARS ( the ones with the dip in the middle, Christ knows what they are called)
    GRIPS,
STEM, looking for something fairly stubby or compact !
GEAR CABLES, the ones I got look a bit kinked and weathered !
TYRES, its got brand new schwalbe furious freds on it but cant help but think they aint gunna be any good for straightline off road grip !

    thanks in advance peeps !

A lot depends on your budget. If you want reasonably cheap look for a used Rockshox Tora . Good quality, basic but workable. Bars? Try Funn at Chain Reaction for budget look for reasonably wide ones, 700mm or over if you want to run a short stem. Stems from On One or Superstar components. Are perfectly useable and come in several lengths.
Saddles are a very personal thing, but the Charge Spoon or Madison Flux costs budget money and seems to suit a variety of arses. If you don’t like it you’ll shift it for most of what you paid for it.

    Budget aint really an issue,
except for the forks, I know they can get minty,,
maybe spend a couple of hundred for a mint example of a decent set
