So ive possibly traced a click on my bike to a hope pedal, its been 3 years since i got them so theyve had a good innings (especially as half of them are embedded on rocks in norland moor) Anyhow i cant find a guide anywhere as to how to get he bushed out. Got the bits on order (possibly should have bought a set of nanos for the same price)

So any advice, tips etc on how to rebuild them?

Not done it myself but have you ordered the tool as well? As you need that

quite easy tbh. Getting the norglide bush out was a pain though. You cant drift it through so the easiest way is to split it with a screwdriver.

The bush arrangement looks similar to dmr vaults, the general method for removing them is to screw a 1/2 inch bolt into them then pull out.
