I noticed at a cross race this weekend that the rear wheel of my Cannondale Caad-X was sitting closer to the non drive side chainstay than the driveside. I’ve taken the wheel out and flipped it around to rule out an incorrectly dished wheel, but see the same result. Different wheel, same result.

Upon inspecting the dropouts, there seems to be quite a bit of fore/aft play in the NDS dropout when the QR is not tightened. Also seems to be some evidence of the threaded axle digging into the dropout and leaving an imprint. I assume that this is the cause of the misalignment.

Does anyone know if this is repairable and/or what the solution would be?
