Can anyone help? My quick release skewer is stuck in my hub can pull it out half way then it won’t budge any further. I think a small piece of spring has broken off and in caught in the hub. Have tried hammering and pulling but it won’t come out. Need to remove it to tighten disc rotor. shite!

Nuke it from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure.

End of skewer in a bench vice, grip wheel firmly by rim and yank upwards as hard as you can?

great thanks got the bugger out with another skewer, snapped piece spring was holding it firmly in place!
