  • Rear DH tyre for current conditions?

    Got a high roller on the rear atm and its got no grip in the muddy conditions.

    Any recommendations? was thinking a DHR minion to match the DHF ive got on the front???

    minion is a dry tyre.

    Minion? You weren't thinking. As above, it's a dry tyre!

    Depends where you ride. A fresh not worn HR may do the trick (inners, other steeper places).

    Or if you need a mud tyre, +1 swampys.

    I've got high rollers for dry and wet screams for wet. Can't afford any others. those two cover both ends of the spectrum

    Minion Front for front and rear in the dry, Spikes for front and rear in the wet. Maybe a swampthing on the rear if you actually have to pedal. Nevegal front, small block 8 rear for trail centres.

    I've got some Intense Intruders for sale if you're interested. Not quite as grippy as a spike but rolls better. A good tyre for most of the winter.
