So I’m not really riding the road bike very much and thinking it’s a bit of a waste to leave in the shed…

It’s a 2007 Van Nicolas Euros with full Ultegra (triple) and Mavic Aksium wheels. The current drivetrain has 1500 miles on it.

So what do we think a nearly eight-year old titanium-framed road bike could be worth…?

I was watching one on ebay last week, it had 1 bid only, sold for £700.
bit newer than yours though. can I get some pics please, if it’s my size, it might save me buying a new planet x.

BTW it’s 56cm, 10spd Ultegra.

I will check receipt but I think it was around c€1700 – although there is a chance I’m mistaken.

I would say its in excellent condition – only some scratches to top of hoods.

One year old = 50% off, so that’s 850, then roughly 10% per year, and it’s 7 years old…

That’s the basic way of calculating it, but I’m no expert.
