    Had one that came fitted to a new Process. Couldn’t tighten it up enough to stop the saddle moving back. Snapped the plastic piece that goes between the rails. Had it replaced under warranty then flogged it.

    I’ve got one, it’s rubbish. It only works acceptably when the weather is dry (very rarely). I’ve got a Reverb on the other bike and there’s no comparison. Don’t bother.
