arghhhhh! to cut a long story short – been waiting for my BB bearings on my rush frame (BB30) to be replaced – took it to On Your Bike as my mates say they are great – bike goes in with the BB area in tact comes out with paint chipped off the BB area. Not happy asked for the mechanic and he said ‘i didnt do it’

its only chipped paint no big deal (and I am hundred 100 % sure the ships were not there before it was handed to the shop) i am just so disappointed and feel let down with no recourse.

lesson for the future – take photos on bike before handing over the bike shops!
