So why does teh rutland cyclin online shop tell me an item is instock and available to by but then they send me an email 4 days later telling me its actually out of stock and will be available too me in a week or more so that means its gonna be easily two weeks before i get the item i ordered and you have to pay extra for postage aswell which is also really annoying.

Not great but its probably my first effort at this sort of thing and I was perhaps a bit to aware of what I was typing, i should have done it just after the red mist had descended.

Now I know the scoring criteria, I’ll aim to hit all of the targets next time.

Apparently Rutland Cycles sorted out all their online stock issues last year, so you must be making the problem up.

…or they could just be lying.
