I once ask Sarah Green out in a nighclub in Liverpool, she declined.

But my favourite (although probably not that random or unexpected), is we were out on a ride in Lancashire and Bradley Wiggins came the other way and waved at us.

    ooh, rememberd another one.

Sharon Davies (who I’ve always had a massive crush on), coming out of the supermarket in Epping where I was staying for a few days. Alarmed that her black belt, olympian, Judo expert husband might be close to hand, I did the noble thing and discretely spied on her as she walked to her range rover.

About 10 years ago, Blckburn Rovers in Washington Dulles airport. apparently returning home after preseason training. My sister got her picture taken with Dwight Yorke and upon coming back over, the mother exclaimed ‘Just think, he’s had them (Jordan/Katie Price’s) knockers in those hands!’

My ghast was well and truly flabbered!

I noticed the Sale Rugby Union squad in a motorways services walking round WHSmiths. Their French/longhaired fellow- on tv etc he looks MASSIVE. I was actually taken aback that he wasn’t 7ft tall/across but slightly shorter than me and not THAT big in real life 😕

Bryan Brown (Australian actor) in a cheap Chinese restaurant in Macau. I think they were filming Tai Pan there at the time.

Sat opposite Jack Dee on the Tube back in the early 90’s before he really hit the big time. He looked miserable.
