Looking for some new dry weather tyres for this glorious summer we're having today. Down to my final 4x choices - Ralphs/MountainKingsProtection/KillerBees/FastTrakPro, non-tubeless. Live in Ludlow in Shropshire, where there's plenty of [dry]clay/fireroads/rocks/grass/roots.
Any advice mucho appreciado.
General consensus seems to be Ralphs = very good, but expensive and wear fast, MK = marmite, but Black Chili versions get more positive feedback. Not sure on the other two, but i'm sure plenty more feedback to come. Have you considered Kenda Small Block 8? They are big, light for their size and very good on hardpack.
anyone out there got any more thoughts??

Tried the Mountain Kings and thought they were poor. Love the Fast Trak's though. Don't look that grippy but used mine most of the winter and only changed to mud tyres when it got really sloppy.
Fast Tracks are amazing tyres(except in mud). Put them on my Soul when I built it nearly a year ago - cos they were the only ones I had, and never taken them off. They've had a few trips to Wales, Peaks, and done Scottish Coast to Coast. Like I said, amazing.
Have a pair of Ralphs... not ridden the others you have mentioned!
Find them excellent, not too heavy, fast roll and plenty of grip 
Were my replacement for the old panaracer xc pro and cinder tyres...
I've just fitted some Racing Ralph 2.4s. Only been on one ride since but I'm really impressed. Fast rolling, grippy and a good volume. The rate at which the bike gathers speed is amazing, really fun to ride with. They are the new version which I believe are slightly grippier than the old ones.
Have you considered CT Race Kings? I run the protection ones tubeless and they've been great fast grippy light. HAd bad experience with Ralphs, yes they're fast and grippy but sidewalls like tissue paper IMHO.
Ribble had a good deals on CT as well
Killer Bees and Vredestein tyres in general have much thicker sidewalls than Schwalbe. Might be a good choice if your in an area where slicing sidewalls might be a problem?
Downside of them is they are a bit heavier.
I'm liking my Maxxis Cross Marks very much at the moment
I find the Mountain Kings a bit too grippy, prefer the Bluegroove/nevegal combo on my other bike.
